Since September 2012, the prices of terrace houses in Taman Putra Prima had been very uncertain,  dipping from Nov-2011 and fluctuating erratically or unprecedentedly and plummet after Feb-2013 to a shocking depth.

Could this erractic phenomenon due to the following reasons:????????????

1. Hastened over supply plus weakening demand?
2. Price hike far over affordability?
3. GE13 election sentiment?
4. Market or economic sentiment?
5. Artificial price push up (ramping) by a group of syndicated real estate agents’ manipulative strategy followed by drastic pull off to cash out or quick profit reaping by some speculative investors thus inducing rampant transactions commission?
6. Poor infra-structure such as frequent sinkhole occurrence and poor road drainage as seen on photo below?

Our Taman has never been looked better with these well nourished flowers and felt safer with a dedicated team of security personnel at the main entrance gate.

The purple and red perennial Madagascar periwinkle sprawling down at our guard-house even grown healthier and more blossom than those in Sg Buloh nursery. Thanks to our guards who water and nourish the plant regularly on top of thier routine patrolling and checking on visitors who make passage into our community.

“Taman“ or park literally in Chinese simply means flower garden (花园), these pictures below fully reflect and demonstrate for what the RA had been believing and upholding so far  thus in keeping our Taman general well-being not limited to security but also on cleanliness, landscape, neighbourhood and environmental issues as well.

However, all these aspirations can only be made possible and sustainable with adequate collection coupled with full support and participation from all the TPP8A residents……So lets  share the responsibility collectively and do contribute your part for upholding the success of our gated and guarded community scheme.

The hibiscus is never been looked greener and more blooming since we moved in, thanks to our capt Ramli for putting fertilizer regularly

The most vocal, represented, legitimate and united Coalition of Resident Associations of Taman Putra Prima  [Gabungan] was finally being registered on the 20th March 2013 with the Registrar of Society.

The AGM was successfully held last night (17/3/2013), the meeting was properly conducted in accordance with the ROS standard procedure, quorum was met, secretary report and minutes were adopted, Treasurer’s financial statement was also duly audited and adopted by the meeting.

The previous committee was disolved in the AGM,  however most of the previous committee members were returned unopposed after the nominations were closed. The floor unanimously voted for and well received the new committee line up for the next term of office (2013–2014).

The meeting was adjourned at 9:45pm

Dear All Our Friendly Residents of Taman Putra Prima 8A

The RA wishing you all have a wonderful festive season. As many of you may be leaving home to visit your relatives, balik kampong or some may take this opportunity for an oversea tour.

Kindly be advised please don’t compromise our home security and please update your phone number to the RA or security guard in case of need.

It has been also our tradition to give away angpows and biscuit to our guards who help to safe guard and look after our Taman for the entire year. Further more their contract with us is without provision for public holiday extra pay. Hopefully your generousity may help to alleviate their little income for a more prosperous new year.
