  2. The children playground “was” a happy place, until some residents keep on smoking at the children playground, especially during the peak play time session 6-7pm.

Some controls need to be enforced, please bring back the clean air for the children!

P.S No idea why people will think it is ok to smoke at the children playground, especially there are many kids around.

    • Kong Kok Meng 江国民 (PP8A /Gabungan Chairman)

We have made many complaints and send petition to DOE and Majlis, even to YB Gobind Singh. But problem still happened on and off. the smell is from nearby garbage dumping site, land fill and open burning.

  4. My trees was stolen. Which I juz plant few day ago. It juz infront of guard house. Does guard cctv capture that area?

    • Kong Kok Meng 江国民 (PP8A /Gabungan Chairman)

I was told by the security guard Ramli that the tree you mentioned had been relocated. As per clause (3 ) of our RA referendum, the entrance landscape is maintained by the RA, And we shall accept and uphold the scheme of our Taman entrance landscape to be of hibiscus and royal palm tree which was chosen or originated from the developer lanscape design proposal approved by the majlis.

In another words, we do not encourage residents along the main entrance road to plant other species of mixed tree or shrubs that not consistent with our entrance scheme flora.

As the main road is the only common access for all residents, hence it is the duty of the RA to uphold the theme of our beloved Taman. ” The Garden of Hibiscus, and the Paradise of Sunbird”

Our Hard Work Eventually Pay Off

      • Mr. Chairman, of late there is an increase of Africans using our basketball court depriving of our residents usage. I notice there are getting more & more of them. Is there any way of controlling this? I worry it will get out of hand whereby residents will not be able to enjoy the privilege of our G&G facilities if these foreigners are getting bigger & bolder.

        • Kong Kok Meng 江国民 (PP8A /Gabungan Chairman)

We will discuss this issue in our coming committee meeting on Friday night 2/8/2013 8:30pm at Taman Mas Chairman office, you are invited to attend.(Those interested also can come)

  5. Yes, me too. I smell it every evening. Anyone has any idea?

    • Not stray dogs only, we have stray cats and stray peoples….Sometimes see some unfamiliar faces walking around watching house one by one. No there are not investors looking for houses because don’t tell me the investors look like a foreigner walking on the street instead of driving.

      • Dear Robert,

It is a very serious matter that suspicious persons being roaming in our Taman without clear intention. Appreciate if you could let the RA know which unit you are staying so that we can come and discuss the matter in more details as we have CCTV recording of people going in and out thru our guard house. Once we have identified these people, we can ask the security guards to be more alert if they come in again in the future.

Appreciate if you could inform the security guards immediately if you happen to see them again in the future. Only by the help of all residents, our security can be further enhanced.

        Thanks
        Aaron Wong

      • As a responsible and caring resident, I think Mr Robert should come forward to assist us to tackle the problem, please have your full contact address and phone.
