The RA annual report is filed with the ROS annually and copy is kept with the RA Secretary after presentation and adopted in our yearly AGM.

The annual report 2013 was finally submitted and AGM was successfully conducted. Appreciate the great effort from the committee members of year 2013 and welcome to the newly elected committee members continue toward the most successful RA and G&G community.
For those who are interested to know more about the activities and function of the RA please attend our AGM to raise question or discussion.
Thanks to the new secretary, Mr Ng, for writing up the minutes of the AGM 2014. Hope the new committee members will continue to be active in whatever RA’s activities/events in the future..

From what I gathered with the security guard this morning, police and security guard did came to your house for investigation after receiving your report, but they found no sign of broke in at all. for your info your attic or cavity between your roof and ceiling is not connected to next house. there is a 9 inches brick wall divider (fire/burgular break) through the parapet. The only way burglar can come into your house through the roof is by removing the roof tile or attic windows.
Everyone please be aware of your house. Our house no 36, 2/8 had someone try to break in early this morning thru the ceiling manhole. As our house alarm went off twice my hubby try to guard the manhole till I managed to get someone to help. We thought probably was some rat that set the alarm off. While I try to set the alarm on again, and also switched off the light pretending we go back to bed, and we heard soft ring tone from the top of the manhole. After I managed to contact security and do the checking nobody on the roof.
