KUALA LUMPUR, March 28
Defence Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri reminded the public today that the movement control order (MCO) applies even within gated vicinities.
The warning followed allegations that many residents in gated communities were found outside their homes, with some said to be jogging in large group.
We are indeed grateful that our residents’ association was receiving another grant from the ROS amounting to RM10,000.00 for upgrading our G&G scheme security control equipment.
The application was made several months ago with the ROS following the notice given under the 2017 budget announcement.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak had announced in Budget 2017 an allocation of RM40mil as grants to registered residents’ associations.
- 288 To ensure a safe and peaceful neighbourhood, the Government will provide RM40 million to reintroduce grant to the registered Residents’ Association. These grants of up to RM10,000 is provided for purchase of security control equipment, cleaning and maintenance of neighbourhood.
The residents of TPP8A indeed are very glad that our much sought after G&G Community Scheme has been granted for another 3 years again since it was first approved or established in 2012.
Below are the application flowchart and relevant approval letters from various departments of MPsepang

PETALING JAYA: A local actor and comedian was fined RM800 for damaging a plastic chair in a guardhouse after he was denied entry to his gated housing area for not having a security sticker.
Magistrate Salamiah Salleh said S. Gana Pragasam must serve 14 days in jail if he failed to settle the fine, which he paid.
Gana, 47, had pleaded guilty to the charge of committing mischief at the guardhouse in Taman Perumahan Atillia dan Allisia, Ara Damansara, at about 10.20pm on Aug 4.
According to facts of the case, Gana, who did not have an access card to enter the gated property where he resides, lost his cool when he was requested to use the visitor’s lane instead by a security guard…….
The dream of getting a community hall for Taman Putra Prima residents is soon to be materialized following the tender has been called by MPSepang.
The township of Taman Putra Prima which began its development some 15 years ago has over 3000 unit of residential houses and shops is still lacking of the most basic amenities such school, post office, petrol kiosk, bank, community hall etc.
Residents are getting impatient finally found the opportunity to voice out their concerns or grievances face to face to many heads of various department (Pengarah jabatan) from MPSepang. Thanks at a town-hall meeting organized by Sepang municipal councillor Mr Pulanthran who is also the Chairman of the JPP (Jawatan-Kuasa Perunding Penduduk) for the region of Taman Mas & Taman Putra Prima in response to the request by the Gabungan AGM Memorandum presented to him earlier (see exihbit below)

A common scenario of snatch theft in action
The wife of our security guard Ino was another victim of snatch theft, the incident happened around 9:00pm last night while walking alone towards our guard house to bring food to her husband on duty for open fasting (buka puasa).
A motorcyclist came towards her and made a U turn from behind snatched her bag and flee away. She fell with slight injury and her bag was snatched away by the thief. A full month end salary of RM900.00 meant for Hari Raya celebration to our poor guard family was gone with the thief.
All pedestrian especially lady with shoulder carry purse or handbag please beware of any motorcycle by pass you. This is the most likely scenario for the quick run away snatch theft.
My wife was also a victim of snatch theft a few months ago right in front of my factory in Taman Mas….the next target could be any one of your wife, mother or daughter. So please help to spread the news to all, and we are going to launch a petition campaign to fight against crime in our neighbourhood this week, and we will forward the petition to the relevant authority, so don’t stay off before your love one become the next victim.
The battle against crime is not just the chairman or the RA alone, so please join us in the campaign.
I have observed that some cars were sitting on top of the grass indirectly killed some of the grass at the road side. I felt that human is quite selfish enough to conquer the green peace and built their dream home on the land and there are no replacement of the green area but some portion only reserved for us and for “them”. Look at the haze we had experience in a decade til now, are we enjoy? The green left us in lighting speed but there are replacement at all.
cars spotted sitting on the grass
Some people may think not to block too much of the road while parking at the road side, however I personally felt that its only a feet offset from the road side and it should be OK for the road user.
I strongly advice all to take good care of the green peace at common area. To build a greenish sweet home for you and your children. Just a simple step forward, the green peace will survive.
Pity grass turn into sandy grave yard
Beside grass, please do not drive or park your car on concrete drain cover / slab, you are not only breaking the concrete cover, but also damage your car under carriage.
Dear neighbours, my lovely rabbit missing again, 😦
To anyone has spotted him, please contact me at 012-3127139 (Chew).

Chairman Kong also like to share his story for his pair of miniature rooster (ayam serma) narrowly escaped from being preyed by eagle descending in lightning speed from sky in PP8A
