Just to share with you my story of keeping pets (see pictures in above slide show)
I have 2 pair of miniature cockerel / rooster (ayam serama), use to be loitering freely in my enclosed yard free from stray dog and wild cat, but one day my maid noticed an eagle suddenly descending from sky in lightning speed tried to prey on my serama. My serama yelled and run into hiding under the bamboo bush and narrowly escaped from being preyed. After this scary lesson, I won’t free my serama when no one is around my garden or out of sight, in another word if my maid is inside my house, the serama will always be kept in the cage to prevent from any predators like snake, eagle, cat, dog or even human thief to harm my pets.
How come your rabbit easily escaped? I think this is the second time I read on blog, last time was in April.
He was attacked by 3 stray dogs at 4.30am on Sunday morning and died. I have buried him nicely and planted some flowers at his grave. All these while, I want to set him as free as possible, so did not put him in a small cage. Instead I build a bigger house for him, customized from a few pieces of steel barrier as you can see from the picture. Until now I still have no idea of how he was escaped, because there was no opening at all. Anyway, thanks to all of you to pay attention on this.

My daughter saw a dead rabbit nearby guardhouse when we were passing by just now.
OMG…. a message for owner please bury your pet nicely (if that is yours) and hope she rest in peace.
