Puchong is the number 1 fastest growing suburban satellite township in Klang valley, just look at the 4 chinese school enrolment in Puchong vicinity, it is unmatched with any other township in Malaysia. Puchong is strategically located in the centre hub surrounded by Putrajaya, Kajang, Bangi, Shah Alam, PJ and KL with less than 30 minute drive. Puchong used to be a mining discard or refuse dumping site, now is transforming into the most ideal location for home and recreation park with ample lakes that cool off and breeze off the hot afternoon heat wave. with the Whafl residence, D island, lake side water front property added in, it is really nothing less than Desa Park City, Hartamas, SPK…. we as a small resident association, just add little merit to your investment and quality of living or life style. more importantly we need your support and input.
Can’t believe this can be found in Puchong. It’s like a luxury facility which only can be seen in Desa Park City, Hartamas, SPK… Vivid management and planning.
