The latest revised minimum requirement for getting resident consensus to setup a G&G scheme in Sepang District was reduced from 85% to 75%. Hopefully with the lowering of the threshold, will encourage more housing schemes in Sepang district to get their guard house approved by the local authority. Hence more residents will be able to enjoy better security, safety and privacy…..plus much appreciation in property value too. Moreover entitlement of RM10,000.00 Grant from the ROS for those eligible RAs who have their community security setup in placed.
So is it worth the trouble to put up G&G Community Scheme in your own neighbourhood? (Please read more on our previous post at link below)

Clear guideline and more easy for others interested to join G&G skim.
I think this photo illustration will add value to our property and reputation to our RA.
If they reduce the percentage, it might backfire because some residents will not pay and still enjoy the privileges which others pay to enjoy. So, it won’t be fair and it will lead to more people not paying.
Not every scheme is so lucky to get everything in order. And it is not easy either to maintain over 95% subscription to our plan so far, thanks to all 8A residents who had contributed their fair share to maintain our security setup in order.
We were pleased that the MPSerpang had chosen our 8A guard house photo as one of the illustration in their leaflet shown above.
