Thanks amedar, we need more people to contribute articles or constructive views to share with your neighbours and the entire PP8a community so as to promote a harmonious, clean, beautiful, helpful, cordial, secured and civic minded society.
The blog also served as a platform to open up forum on issues related to the wellbeing of our gated & gaurded society and to channel information or function as a media to the resident association.
We encourage all participatants in the forum to use real name and own photo to enhance foster and genuine relationship among our neighbour for easy identification and due recognition or tribute to those distinguished resident who make noble and unselfish contribution to the community.
There are many instances where the development is advertised as G&G but when it is not managed well, or the collection is getting low, the guards just disappear. The place then become a non G&G, and the house prices go down substantially.
I can’t close my mouth if I sell it. Anyway I won’t, is a pretty nice place to stay.
