I was sitting at the Old Town White Coffee 2 days ago and saw some Taoist priest performing some ritual and followed by police forensic squad doing some investigation. Not knowing what happened until today news paper reported a snatch theft victim was dead at that scene.

禁外籍人士學生成租戶 部份業主不滿新條例

針對該會設條例禁止外籍人士及學生成為租戶一事 , 朱晴溪大厦管理委员会主席王亚秀在接受《大都会》访问时透露,目前確有小部份業主對新條例感到不滿，但該會此舉的目的是為了保障大廈內的安全及確保居民能有舒適的居住環境。

“朱晴溪大廈處於吉隆坡的心臟地帶，既有絕佳的景觀，又有優質的環境，且公共交通也很完善，是個極具價值的產業，所以我們更應盡力提昇它的形象及素質，讓它得以繼續增值。”

她說，該大廈單位的房價10年前僅逾10萬令吉，但目前已增值至逾50萬令吉，未來管理委員將繼續進行各項提昇工作，以展望房價能達到80萬令吉。

Motorists commuting the Jalan Putra Prima Tengah between Taman Mas, Taman Putra Prima Phase 3B, 2B, 1A-1B and new development 6A please beware that recurrence of old sinkhole is found next to manhole MH2.

For your information this sinkhole was developed some time in March this year, After my tip off to the Majlis, it was kind of filled up and patched up. However in less than half a year the sinkhole recurring again. For the safety of my fellow residents, I had instructed my worker to put up some branches to alert motorists while reporting the incident to the Jabatan Kejuruteraan MPSepang immediately via whatsApp photo upload.

Poor infrastructure is likely to affect the demand of any new development and the quality of living to the existing schemes.

For long-term solution, apparently only by re-lining of faulty sewer line beneath, many cases showed that by simply patching up the sink-hole will not last for 6 months.

The traffic load is likely to be heavier, when more new schemes and 2 schools are added along the sinkhole prone road.

2 cars were stranded near the tee junction

A morning heavy downpour had flooded the western end portion of poor drainage newly re-built Jalan Putra Prima Utara. 2 cars were stranded while many cars were back off and making  detour.

This morning incident was immediately reported to the Majlis via whatsApp upload. The MPSepang engineering department officer responded to me follow by immediate deployment of excavator to open up some ditches in an attempt to ease off the discharge of flood water.

At the meantime, the Majlis had already commenced drainage flow diversion construction works where drain water flow is re-diverted directly to Taman Mas main  monsoon drain instead of poorly flowing to the water retention basin. The main problem is  the storm water retention level is relatively high and embankment or retaining structure was made for the purpose of slowing down storm water from rapidly discharging into the nearby Klang river, thus causing poor drainge and stagnant water at the flood spot.

Hopefully after the drainage diversion work completed, there will be no more flooding to our newly re-built sunken road.

（蒲种1日讯）蒲种华小学额大爆满，500新生无法如愿报读属意华小。

雪州金鑾区州议员黄思汉指出，蒲种区明年有500名一年级新生因区內华小爆满，被分配到蒲种以外的华小就读。

他呼吁教育部確保竞智华小可在明年开课，以便吸纳被拒的新生，减少家长的经济负担和精神折腾。

蒲种区明年有500名一年级新生被拒，包括其他种族的孩子也不能进入蒲种区华小念书，家长们向黄思汉（中排右三）投诉，中排右四为叶国荣。

A hidden honest nest nearly the size of a basketball under the dense leaves was discovered by my 7-year-old daughter this evening in front of my house by the jogging path.

Vespa Affinis Indonensis

From my observation, the hornet has 2 orange bands covering the first and second segment of its abdomen while the rest of the abdomen is black. It has been identified as The Lesser Banded Hornet or Vespa affinis (黄腰虎头蜂) (Tebuan Tanah)  According to literature findings this is the most aggressive of the three species of hornets found in Singapore & Malaysia. It will attack with the slightest provocation  in large numbers and give chase over longer distance and its sting is painful. The effect of the poison injected with the sting depends on the species and how sensitive the victim is to the poison. Response can be localized pain, swelling and redness. In more serious cases chest constriction, wheezing and vomiting may occur. Immediate medical attention is advisable.

For the safety of my children and all PP8A joggers, I decided to burn down the hornet nest on that  same night without hesitation. (see pictures above)
