JPP Taman Mas-Putra Prima Received Appreciation Certificates in Conjuction with MPSepang 10th Year Anniversary Function

The Committee members of Jawatan Kuasa Perunding Penduduk for Taman Mas -Taman Putra Prima  Zone were invited to attend the MPSepang  10th year anniversary celebration held in Sama Sama Hotel KLIA on 6/12/2015.

Certificate of Appreciations were presented to the JPP committee members by YDP of MPSepang  Tuan Puasa Bin Md Taib for 2014/2015 session.

TPP8A RA Chairman Mr Kong Kok Meng & Secretary Mr Ng Kuo Sin were appointed by the MPSepang as AJK or the committee member for JPP Zon Tmn Mas -Putra Prima.

保安員+電眼阻不了竊案‧圍籬社區賊高一丈

(蒲種6月14日訊)蒲種治安敲警鐘,保安嚴密的高級圍籬社區也難逃“賊”術!

梳邦再也市議員葉國榮強調,儘管圍籬社區不盡能阻止罪案的發生,惟梳邦再也市議會仍鼓勵各住宅區加入圍籬計劃。

“雖然不能完全防範罪案,但圍籬社區至少可以協助降低罪案的發生率,希望各區居民盡量增設。”

他也提醒,倘若居民在申請上面對問題,可尋求該區州議員或市議員的協助;而他們也將盡量給予配合。

2015 AGM was successfully held on 29th March 2015

Taman Putra Prima Phase 8A Gated & Guarded Community Scheme had successfully conducted its AGM on last Sunday (29/3/2015) All the incumbent office bearers returned unopposed.

During the meeting a motion was tabled for an amendment to the constitution as followed:

  1. Pengerusi Encik Kong Kok Meng mencadangkan untuk memindakan peraturan-peraturan dalam Part V/Organisation/8/(3) kepada “Candidate for the post of chairman, must be an active incumbent served as general committee members of the association, and the candidate must also be the rightful owner of the unit in Taman Putra Prima Phase 8A (TPP8A) who has residing in the premise over 3 years consecutively ”. Pindaan ini telah diterima oleh semua ahli-ahli yang hadir.

The inclusion of this clause into the constitution is necessary to ensure only bona fide candidate who has proven his commitment and service to the community will be eligible to shoulder the task as our succeeding RA chairman.

Boom gates in residential areas legal, rules Federal Court ; 法院:安全考量‧住宅區設欄杆合法

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has ruled that the use of boom gates across public roads and guardhouses in residential areas is legal.

A five-member panel, chaired by Chief Judge of Malaya Tan Sri Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin, said regulated access to a defined area was not an obstruction in law, particularly if it was for security purposes.

“It is so only if one is denied access to a public place. It is not a barricade that is placed across a public road that denies access altogether to all who wish to enter,” said Justice Zulkefli in his 18-page judgment delivered on March 19.

林家光:蒲种区还需2新华小

八打灵发展华小工委会主席林家光指出,一旦沙登岭华小落成使用后,仅能舒缓蒲种学校不足够的问题,无法全面解决华小匱乏的难题。

他说,即使沙登岭华小兴建后,蒲种地区至少还需要兴建约2所华小,才足以应付庞大的学生就读的需求。

他说,该工委会管辖区內共有约有20所华小,八打灵县范围內(包括沙登岭、首邦市和蒲种地区),有约4万5千名学生,即平均每所华小最理想能够容纳2千200名学生。

他说,在最理想的教育理念下,学校不要超过1千500名学生、每班不超过35人、全日制教学及不会造成交通阻塞等。

Petaling District SJKC development committee chairman Mr Lin Jiaguang: Puchong area need two SJKCs

He said that even after SJKC Ling Hua Serdang has been built,  Puchong area still need to build at least two more Chinese primary schools, just enough to meet the huge demand for their students.

He said his committee is overseeing and monitoring  some 20 Chinese primary schools in Petaling Jaya district (including Serdang , Subang and Puchong  area), about 45 thousand students in total , an average of each Chinese primary school to accommodate the best 2,200 students.

He said that under the most ideal education policy, each school should not exceed 1,500 students enrolment and each class shall accommodate not more than 35 students, school shall conduct only one full day session (most Chinese schools however in  urban area especially in Puchong is running on 2 sessions per day due to shortage of classroom,)  it shall also not constitute to the of burden traffic congestion.

A new demarcation to our G&G perimeter fencing

A new demarcation of our G&G perimeter fencing proposed by the Majlis has finally been put up by the developer to mark an end to the controversial playground between phase 8A and 8B.

With the erection of the new fencing, all non residents or visitors who wish to enter our G&G compound are required to register at the main entrance guard house and to observe our security Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

A meeting was held in majlis on 5/3/2014 chaired by Pengarah Perancangan Cik Rozeta, attended by Ahli Majlis Mr Pulanthran, Developer, 8A & 8B RA representatives to resolve the controversial playground and fencing issues.

《大都会》社区报今早走访该区时,当地民眾及商家纷纷告知当地治安不靖,近年內发生多宗的攫夺案。

据观察,案发的幼儿园在USJ4/1一带,该区並没设有围篱计划,且道路四通八达,与大路为邻,因此匪徒在干案后能轻易地逃走。

受访民眾表示,他们经常听闻该区发生抢劫或入屋爆窃案,治安问题日益严重,令他们十分担忧。

他们指出,虽然USJ4住宅区部分范围设有围篱计划,並聘请保安协助看守家园,惟仍然无阻劫匪的猖狂干案行径。

他们透露,匪徒通常都是持刀行劫,持刀要挟民眾交出財物,而民眾往往在无力反抗之下只好乖乖就范交出所有財物。

掠劫抢车照样发生‧保安员无能 改围篱

据悉,该区居民曾自掏腰包聘请保安人员维持该区治安,惟治安並没有获得改善,还频频发生掠夺、入屋抢劫、抢车等案件,最终只好提早与保安公司结束合约,更换新的保安公司。

该居协主席陈浩坤今日与居民展开对话后披露,由於增建围篱的费用大约要25万令吉,因此居协计划向住户徵收1千令吉的费用(可分3次缴付)来落实计划,之后住户则需每个月缴付50令吉的费用。

他说,一旦居民缴付以上费用后,將会获得通行卡,否则居民则需在入口处向保安人员进行登记,才获准进入花园。

“一旦获得足够签名后,我会要求巴生南区警区主任卡马鲁给予一封支持信,然后就向巴生市议会提出申请。”

The PP8A Perimeter Fencing will be reinforced and strengthened to deter the intrusion of stray dogs

The PP8A RA has approved an allocation/budget for improvement and strengthening works to the existing chain-link-fence. This is necessary in order to upgrade the durability and to enhance the ability to withstand tear or break-in. The concrete reinforced bedding will be the most effective measure to deter the rampant intrusion of stray dogs into our G&G scheme. The mild steel anchor pillar to the perimeter fencing will also be re-painted with anti-corrosion oxide paint for more lasting structural integrity.

Just to recapture our memory, the RA had signed an undertaking letter before the commissioner of oath  on 13/6/2013 for the maintenance of perimeter fencing at RA own cost, this is one of the prerequisite requirements imposed by the local authority (Majlis Perbandaran Sepang) in granting the approval for PP8A Gated & Guarded Community Scheme.
