Taman Putra Prima Fasa 8A memenangi Tempat Ketiga Pertandingan Landskap Peringkat Majlis Perbandaran Sepang 2014

Taman Putra Prima Fasa 8a telah memenangi tempat ketiga di pertandingan landskap peringkat MPSepang 2014.  Kemenangan tersebuat membawa hadiah wang tunai sebanyak RM1,000.00 serta sijil penyertaan.

Berhubungan itu, suatu majlis HI-TEA penyampaian hadiah dan penghargaan telah diadakan di Kelab Komuniti Taman Tasik Cyberjaya dan upacara itu disempurnakan oleh Timbalan YDP YBhg  Tuan Muhammad Hafiz Bin Shaari.

Objektif pertandingan:
1. Menggalakkan penglibatan masyarakat dalam meninggikan kualiti nilai budaya landskap di kalangan semua lapisan masyarakat.
2. Menimbulkan minat dan kesedaran masyarakat terhadap seni landskap, tanaman dan bunga-bungaan.
3. Manjadikan sumber untuk masyarakat belajar tentang betapa pentingnya landskap untuk persekitaran alam sekitar.
4. Mewujudkan suasana persekitaran semula jadi yang indah dan menarik.Tema pertandingan adalah “Tamanku Bersih Tamanku Sejahtera“Kriteria-kriteria penilaian:
1. Keberkesanan landskap sesuatu kawasan itu memenuhi objektif dan fungsi:-
– Memelihara alam semula jadi dan keindahan
– Mewujudkan keseimbangan alam persekitaran ekosistem, meredakan iklim, membersihkan udara, mengelak dan mengurangkan hakisan
– Berfungsi sebagai panduan arah, penapis dan penghadang, pemeliharaan flora dan fauna, teduhan dan lindungan sinaran matahari atau kenderaan
– Mengurangkan kesan-kesan binaan
– Meningkatkan pemandangan estetik dan menarik
– Mengekalkan sosio budaya dan identiti tempatan2. Aspek penilaian panel hakim mengambil kira faktor berikut:
– Kesungguhan peserta untuk memelihara landskap dan alam sekitar di halaman rumah
– Penyediaan bentuk landskap yang dapat mencapai dan menepati objektif pertandingan
– Gabungan reka bentuk dan susunan landskap lembut dan kejur
– Kekerapan kerja penyelenggaraan landskap dan kebersihan kawasan yang dilaksanakan
– Kesungguhan kerja kebersihan dan keindahan di kawasan luar pagar rumah
– Keceriaan dan keindahan kawasan halaman rumah secara keseluruhan yang memberikan pemandangan yang menarik

3. Kriteria penilaian dan pemarkahan
A. Jalan masuk ke kawasan Taman Perumahan (20 Markah)
– Keadaan jalan masuk ke kawasan taman perumahan diselenggara dengan baik seperti di sepanjang jalan masuk taman ditanam dengan tanaman hiasan(softcape) atau hardscope
B. Susun atur tanaman hiasan di sekeliling kawasan lapang (20 Markah)
– Teknik dan dekorasi penanaman dari segi keunikan penanaman tanaman hiasan
– Penyusunan, penyesuaian eleman landskap seperti arca-arca, pokok teduhan, bangku, kolam ikan (jika ada) dan sebagainya
– Kreativiti/ idea/ inovasi
C. Penyelenggaraan landskap (20 Markah)
– Kerja pemangkasan, pembajaan, merumpai di keliling tanaman hiasan
– Kesuburan tanaman
– Penyelenggaraan elemen landskap (Hardscape dan Softcape) yang mudah
D. Pemilihan tanaman, penggunaan perkayuan, konkrit (20 Markah)
– Tanaman hiasan yang diutamakan (tahan kepada faktor cuaca yang melampau)
– Sejauh mana/berapa banyak tanaman hiasan di tanam
– Tanaman hiasan yang dipelihara termasuk pokok kayu berbunga, pokok buah-buahan dan sayuran
E. Kebersihan (20 Markah)
– Kebersihan keseluruhan kawasan Taman Perumahan
– Seluruh kawasan taman perumahan termasuk kawasan lapang hendaklah bebas daripada sampah sarap, sisa bangunan, sisa pepejal termasuk tin kosong, tangki, deram dan lain-lain yang berkaitan

Pemenang dan hadiah peserta adalah berupa wang tunai dan sijil penyertaan sebagai tanda penghargaan daripada Majlis Perbandaran Sepang.

Naib Juara : RM 2,000

林家光:蒲种区还需2新华小

八打灵发展华小工委会主席林家光指出,一旦沙登岭华小落成使用后,仅能舒缓蒲种学校不足够的问题,无法全面解决华小匱乏的难题。

他说,即使沙登岭华小兴建后,蒲种地区至少还需要兴建约2所华小,才足以应付庞大的学生就读的需求。

他说,该工委会管辖区內共有约有20所华小,八打灵县范围內(包括沙登岭、首邦市和蒲种地区),有约4万5千名学生,即平均每所华小最理想能够容纳2千200名学生。

他说,在最理想的教育理念下,学校不要超过1千500名学生、每班不超过35人、全日制教学及不会造成交通阻塞等。

Petaling District SJKC development committee chairman Mr Lin Jiaguang: Puchong area need two SJKCs

He said that even after SJKC Ling Hua Serdang has been built,  Puchong area still need to build at least two more Chinese primary schools, just enough to meet the huge demand for their students.

He said his committee is overseeing and monitoring  some 20 Chinese primary schools in Petaling Jaya district (including Serdang , Subang and Puchong  area), about 45 thousand students in total , an average of each Chinese primary school to accommodate the best 2,200 students.

He said that under the most ideal education policy, each school should not exceed 1,500 students enrolment and each class shall accommodate not more than 35 students, school shall conduct only one full day session (most Chinese schools however in  urban area especially in Puchong is running on 2 sessions per day due to shortage of classroom,)  it shall also not constitute to the of burden traffic congestion.

A new demarcation to our G&G perimeter fencing

A new demarcation of our G&G perimeter fencing proposed by the Majlis has finally been put up by the developer to mark an end to the controversial playground between phase 8A and 8B.

With the erection of the new fencing, all non residents or visitors who wish to enter our G&G compound are required to register at the main entrance guard house and to observe our security Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

A meeting was held in majlis on 5/3/2014 chaired by Pengarah Perancangan Cik Rozeta, attended by Ahli Majlis Mr Pulanthran, Developer, 8A & 8B RA representatives to resolve the controversial playground and fencing issues.

Taman Putra Prima Community Hall Ground Breaking Ceremony

The emerging township of Taman Putra Prima since 14 years ago which comprising of over 3000 units of mix development soon will be getting a community hall of its own.

The construction work of this new community hall is expected to be completed by March 2015, the proposed new building will be equipped with 2 indoor badminton courts, a stage theatre, conference room and is fully air-conditioned. Construction cost is fully funded by the Selangor state government estimated about RM1 million.

The ground-breaking ceremony was organised  by the Gabungan Persatuan Penduduk Taman Putra Prima to commemorate the achievement of the association and to celebrate for the realization of the long aspiring dream for a community hall. The call  for this amenity was raised by the Gabungan President Mr Kong during the last year Town Hall meeting initiated by Majlis Perbandaran Sepang Councillor Mr Pulanthran A/L Munisamy, who is also the Chairman of Jawatankuasa Perunding Penduduk (JPP) Zon Taman Mas–Putra Prima

In order to express  the residents heartiest gratitude to the councillor for his dedication and assistance, the Gabungan had  invited Councillor Mr Pulanthran and his colleague Councillor Mr Santokh Singh  to officiate the ground breaking ceremony, other VIPs also invited to witness the event including The GM from the developer Plenitude Permai Sdn Bhd Mr Choy Chang Yee,  Ketua Balai Polis Tmn Putra Prima S/Isp Aziz Ali, , officers from MPSepang, RA  chairmen, committee members and representatives from various phases of Taman Putra Prima and the neighbouring Taman Mas,  Taman Sri Aman, Taman Meranti Jaya and Taman Lake Vista.

Request for community hall raised during a town hall meeting

 

Proposed Taman Putra Prima Multi-Purpose Community Hall construction work has commenced

The very much awaited multi-purpose community hall for Taman Putra Prima is finally taking shape, construction work is commencing, hopefully  by 9th March 2015,Taman Putra Prima residents will have a multi-purpose hall equipped with 2 indoor badminton courts, meeting room, stage theatre and an open arena of its own.

无围篱计划抢后容易逃

《大都会》社区报今早走访该区时,当地民眾及商家纷纷告知当地治安不靖,近年內发生多宗的攫夺案。

据观察,案发的幼儿园在USJ4/1一带,该区並没设有围篱计划,且道路四通八达,与大路为邻,因此匪徒在干案后能轻易地逃走。

受访民眾表示,他们经常听闻该区发生抢劫或入屋爆窃案,治安问题日益严重,令他们十分担忧。

他们指出,虽然USJ4住宅区部分范围设有围篱计划,並聘请保安协助看守家园,惟仍然无阻劫匪的猖狂干案行径。

他们透露,匪徒通常都是持刀行劫,持刀要挟民眾交出財物,而民眾往往在无力反抗之下只好乖乖就范交出所有財物。

掠劫抢车照样发生‧保安员无能 改围篱

据悉,该区居民曾自掏腰包聘请保安人员维持该区治安,惟治安並没有获得改善,还频频发生掠夺、入屋抢劫、抢车等案件,最终只好提早与保安公司结束合约,更换新的保安公司。

该居协主席陈浩坤今日与居民展开对话后披露,由於增建围篱的费用大约要25万令吉,因此居协计划向住户徵收1千令吉的费用(可分3次缴付)来落实计划,之后住户则需每个月缴付50令吉的费用。

他说,一旦居民缴付以上费用后,將会获得通行卡,否则居民则需在入口处向保安人员进行登记,才获准进入花园。

“一旦获得足够签名后,我会要求巴生南区警区主任卡马鲁给予一封支持信,然后就向巴生市议会提出申请。”

Over 400 TPP8A residents turned out enthusiastically in the very first Mid-Autumn Festival cum Carnival organised by the RA

The very first mid-autumn festival was celebrated with overwhelming response from the resident of TPP8A, the crowd turning out for the carnival was unprecedentedly far exceeding the organizing committee initial conservative estimation of around 200–300.

Kids, adults and senior citizens were all delighted in this carnival, catering variety of food from fried meehoon, noodle, fish fillet, curry vege, chicken, nyonya kuih, popiah, yam cake, sandwiches,  KFC Fried chicken, jelly, fruits…….

Among the highlights of the night were lucky draws and Lantern Riddles where some 40 presents were given away including 2 brand new Raleigh bicycles, children stationery packs, flowers and USB pen-drives.

15 kids from our taman kindergarten–Genius Kid were also been invited to present 6 dances and performances to cheer the occasion. According to the RA chairman Mr Kong, This is the 2nd biggest function successfully organised by the RA after the RM2.6 million road rebuild ground breaking ceremony held about 2 years ago.

Taman Putra Prima Community Hall is calling for tender now

The dream of getting a community hall for Taman Putra Prima residents is soon to be materialized following the tender has been called by MPSepang.

The township of Taman Putra Prima which began its development some 15 years ago has over 3000 unit of residential houses and shops is still lacking of the most basic amenities such school, post office, petrol kiosk, bank, community hall etc.

Residents are getting impatient finally found the opportunity to voice out their concerns or grievances  face to face to many heads of various department (Pengarah jabatan) from MPSepang. Thanks at a town-hall meeting organized by Sepang municipal councillor Mr Pulanthran who is also the Chairman of the JPP (Jawatan-Kuasa Perunding Penduduk) for the region of Taman Mas & Taman Putra Prima in response to the request by the Gabungan AGM Memorandum presented to him earlier (see exihbit below)

A New Refreshing Paint Works & Outlooks To PP8A G&G Community Scheme Grand Entrance

The first MPSepang fully approved Gated & Guarded Community Scheme in Taman Putra Prima, Phase 8A is entering into the third year of maintenance and up keeping of security and equipments since its establishment in December 2011 by the RA.

The entire main entrance including the road kerb, guard-house, wing wall, barricades and road bump were re-painted with high quality Nippon weather-bond, glossy red /white enamel paint and weather resistant sealer.

Hibiscus shrubs, perennial plants including the Madagascar rosy periwinkle  and royal palm trees are nourished with fertilizers and water regularly to ensure the plants are green, healthy and refreshing all year round.

These well blended landscaping amidst lavish greenery and bright red hibiscus blossoms also attracted many “visitors” to our park, the lovely and agile Olive Backed Sunbird is among the most frequently sighted  species “visitor” along the main entrance road.

En Sharin was appointed as new secretary to Pusat Khidmat Ahli Majlis Zon Taman Mas-Putra Prima to replace the out going secretary En Affandi. He is also the secretary for JPP Zon Taman Mas -Putra Prima. En Sharin was first introduced by Ahli Majlis Mr Pulanthran to the AJK of JPP during a tea session at a restaurant in Taman Mas last Saturday.

The Gabungan took the opportunity to extend our gratitude and farewell to Encik affandi and warmest welcome to En Sharin to assume office in our service zone.
