I think we had set a standard and bench mark in Puchong residential housing scheme. Our work has also set a trend in raising the living standard and life style of Puchong neighbourhood, With many young middle age professional, upper middle income social strata group is moving into our community, Taman Putra Prima is rapidly turning into a very much sought after investment piece and ideal place for clean, healthy and peaceful residential.
Thank you again to all the committee members who sacrified their Sunday morning for our community work. As a reader who wrote in our blog commentary that our guard house is so sophisticated and well equipped, that it can possibly found at Sunway-SPK, Desa Park City, Sri Hartamas…..”can’t believe it this can be found in Puchong”
I think all the committee members attended the walk were quite happy & encouraging that we get to successfully collected the setup cost for our guard house over 85% as at that day. With the suggestion by one of the committee members and supported by all committee members and also over 85% of the residents of Taman Putra Prima Phase 8A, we get to have one of the most modern guard house equipped with boom gate, cctv, telephone, electricity, water, etc. Well done & thank you to all the residents who supported in this initiative.
