The Residents’ Association (TPP8A) wishes to clarify that security facilities and services, including the car access system, are privileges provided exclusively to registered members of the Association.
The Association does not restrict access to public roads or individual properties. All non-members and visitors may enter the area via the designated visitor lane (manually operated), subject to security screening in accordance with the RA’s established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
This statement is issued without prejudice, without admission of liability, and with full reservation of rights.

本社区所提供的保安设施与服务，包括车辆识别系统，均属于仅提供予已注册会员的专属服务。
本协会并未限制任何人士通行公共道路或进出私人产业。所有非会员及访客皆可**通过指定的访客通道（需自行手动操作）进入社区，并须依照居民协会既定的保安标准作业程序（SOP）**接受必要的安全筛查。
本通告之发布，不构成任何责任承认，并在不损害权利（without prejudice）及保留一切法律权利的前提下作出。
