TPP8A Gated and Guarded Community Scheme has been granted for another 3 years again by MPSepang

The residents of TPP8A indeed are very glad that our much sought after G&G Community Scheme has been granted for another 3 years again since it was first approved or established in 2012.

Below are the application flowchart and relevant approval letters from various departments of MPsepang

  1. OSC approval letter
  2. Planning department approval (Borang C1)
  3. Land office approval (Temporary Occupation License TOL)
  4. Building Permit (2017)

      The RA has to keep something good and hard to come by…..thanks for all the PP8A residents’ continuing undivided support.
      We are proud to live in a Majlis approved G & G community scheme.
