Dear All Our Friendly Residents of Taman Putra Prima 8A

The RA wishing you all have a wonderful festive season. As many of you may be leaving home to visit your relatives, balik kampong or some may take this opportunity for an oversea tour.

Kindly be advised please don’t compromise our home security and please update your phone number to the RA or security guard in case of need.

It has been also our tradition to give away angpows and biscuit to our guards who help to safe guard and look after our Taman for the entire year. Further more their contract with us is without provision for public holiday extra pay. Hopefully your generousity may help to alleviate their little income for a more prosperous new year.

  1. Thanks to Mr Kong created this. Happy CNY to all and wish you enjoy a healthy and wealthy “snake” year. In Malaysia a multiracial country, we are celebrating festival together with other races too. No doubt, they still need some improvement to meet different requirement even higher. But, don’t forget to appreciate these people are helping us to ensure the safety of TPP8A. An angpau is only a peace of cake for us, but for them is meaningful.

Yes the RA had arranged for an additional guard to patrol our Taman at night (total 3 guards at night for 1 week from new year eve to the sixth), as many residents have left for kampung during the CNY season.

  3. Yes, it is Chinese culture to give away angpow to friends and relatives. If you happened to have angpow with you, do show your appreciation by passing to them whenever you passby the guard house.

    Mr Kong,
Can we have an additional guard (for night time only) during the one week CNY break? A quick calculation will only cost RM450 only for that week.

    Thanks
    Aaron Wong
